MemberThe KRS 762 has landed in Black Ops 7 Season 4, and it’s the kind of battle rifle that makes people stop mid-match and ask what just dropped them. It hits hard, especially if you’re picking lanes instead of sprinting through every doorway. If you’ve been warming up in Black Ops 7 Bot Lobbies, you’ll notice pretty quickly that this gun rewards calm aim more than panic spraying.

The KRS 762 is tied to the Season 4 Battle Pass, but the good news is that it sits on the free track. You don’t need to buy the premium pass just to get your hands on it. That said, you’ll still need to play enough to move through the sectors. Daily challenges help a lot, and objective modes are usually the quickest route because you’re earning score from kills, captures, defends, and match wins. Pop a Double XP token before a longer session if you’ve got one sitting around. Don’t waste it on short matches unless you’re sure you’ll keep playing.Unlock Detail

This isn’t a lightweight assault rifle, and it doesn’t pretend to be one. The KRS 762 has serious stopping power, often dropping players in two or three clean shots at medium range. The catch is the kick. If you just hold the trigger and hope, the barrel climbs fast. You’re better off firing in short bursts, resetting your aim, and using cover properly. It suits players who like holding angles, watching rotations, and punishing anyone who crosses open space. Up close, though, SMG players can make you look silly if you’re slow on the draw.Best KRS 762 multiplayer build
For standard multiplayer, the build should tame recoil without making the rifle feel like a brick. A Compensator is the first pick because the vertical climb is the main problem. Add a Reinforced Barrel for better range and bullet speed, then use a Heavy Foregrip to keep side-to-side bounce under control. Quickdraw Grip helps with ADS and sprint-to-fire speed, which matters more than people think in 6v6. A simple Red Dot Sight is enough. You don’t need a bulky optic unless you’re playing huge maps. Pair it with Scavenger, Fast Hands, Ghost, Stim, and Semtex if you like clearing flags or hardpoints.Slot

In Warzone, the KRS 762 works better as a controlled long-range rifle than a reckless pushing weapon. Run a Suppressor, Long Barrel, Bruen Heavy Support Grip, Extended Magazine, and a mid-range or long-range optic. The magazine matters because squad fights rarely end with one target. You’ll need extra rounds for cracks, finishes, and the second player sliding in behind them. If you’re testing recoil patterns or levelling attachments through cheap BO7 Bot Lobbies, spend a little time learning how much pressure to apply between shots, because that’s what turns this rifle from awkward to nasty in live matches.
